Who We Are

In February 2004 Adam Carballo began work with a single rowhouse renovation project in Baltimore City. Later developing into “Carballo Architecture” we have since expanded our portfolio to include a diverse range of commercial and residential projects. With expertise in construction and real estate development, our team is uniquely equipped to meet the specific needs of our clients. At Carballo Architecture, we specialize in delivering exceptional designs for various project types, from tenant fit-outs and office renovation to apartment complexes, private residences, ground-up new construction, adaptive reuse and more. We collaborate closely with building contractors, developers, and property owners to craft customized solutions that align with your objectives. Starting his career as a carpenter, and later becoming a graduate of Philadelphia University (B.Arch), The Architectural Association in London (Part 3) and The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School (M.S. Real Estate) Mr. Carballo has a unique background mix of practical and academic experience. A Maryland native, after working in London for several years post-graduation, Mr. Carballo returned home to establish Carballo Architecture in 2004. The practice has grown to an award-wining full service architecture firm offering a wide variety of services in several states. He holds licenses to practice architecture in; Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, England, and Wales. In his free time, he enjoys travel, cooking, and spending time with his wife and their dog, Gnocchi.
